It was only a few days ago that someone posted a story that said by this fall the Brits would relocate to Afghanistan!

Careful those internet stories.
Though the net can be a source for information not reported by the MSM,
it can also be a source for deception and out right lie!

It sounds like bullshit to me. Another nicely timed memo/lie/diversion/red herring. Confuse people with two leaked memos...one telling the truth (Downing) and one trying to influence 2006 (W-ithdrawal Lie). I trust nothing they say. They are confirmed liars. They always lie or refuse to answer.
The Brits might be able to withdraw by next year. More of the electorate over there can read. Their MSM is slightly freer. The public wants out.
How can WE withdraw? We have contractors and civilians with Halliburton to protect. Gas runs. Stale food runs. As long as there's oil...bases and prisons too...we're there. I don't see Iraq going away any time soon. We're staying. Iraqis will continue to resist the occupation.
66,000? I'll believe it if I see it. Does that mean troops will be diverted elsewhere? Perhaps to Syria as part of Operation Biteme.

I like the many, MANY times they 'just can't remember'.

Convenient, eh?

I've been to London, numerous time but I'll never forget the first time. The place we styed at had multiple leaking faucets. A good enough reason for the people living there not to pay the rent until the leaking was stopped.

Lot of leaks all around London these days. The docs stating troops will pull out were leaked - just another leak ? I also heard the docs are just copies of many documents showing various exit strategies.

I mentioned the Brits would not come home but be sent from Iraq to Afghanistan.

That info is all over the web : google search results. Could be a lie, could be an option. Is probably propaganda.

Its a fookin lie. The English may pull out. US Troops are there for the long-haul.
